Job Purpose

As a Site Engineer at UAE - PACTIVE, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing sustainable engineering projects at our Abu Dhabi location. Your expertise will ensure that all site operations align with our commitment to innovative, eco-friendly solutions and client satisfaction.

Roles, Responsibilities & Duties

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day engineering activities on site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement sustainable solutions effectively.
• Interpret and apply CAD drawings to guide construction and installation processes accurately.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance to optimize operational efficiency of HVAC, BMS, and CCTV systems.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure transparency and address concerns promptly.
• Drive energy management initiatives and waste management systems to support environmental sustainability goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout project execution.
• Document progress and prepare detailed reports to facilitate continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualification

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Professional certification or licenses relevant to site engineering or facilities management are highly advantageous. A strong foundation in sustainable engineering principles and integrated facility management planning is essential.

Proficiency in interpreting complex CAD designs and working knowledge of HVAC, BMS, and CCTV system controls will be required. Comprehensive understanding of preventive maintenance scheduling and waste management systems will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for successful collaboration within diverse teams and client interactions. Commitment to upholding strict safety standards and ensuring accountability at all levels is expected.

Experience & Skills

Candidates must demonstrate substantial experience in site engineering within sustainable solutions environments or facilities management. Proven competencies include energy management, systematic problem solving, and effective plans alignment to project objectives.

Hands-on experience with modern technology platforms and data tools will be critical to manage and optimize building management systems, including HVAC and security installations. The ability to oversee integrated FM projects, balancing technological fluency with customer focus, will be vital.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to challenges are required to ensure seamless execution of engineering tasks. Experience in preventive maintenance scheduling and waste management contributes significantly to operational success.
